I have to say that it is not often that one comes across an insurance sales advisor who appears to be more interested in giving one the option to select an insurance product that suits one, rather than actually trying to sell you something!

There was no feeling of hard sell, merely a friendly listening ear which is somewhat unusual these days and not a hard sell, which is all too familiar these days. All in all, although I thought I would never say this about buying insurance, a pleasurable experience made the more so by a very pleasant medical sales advisor well trained in treating her clients fairly.

It was refreshing to deal with an insurance advisor who did not fit into the "pushy" stereotype. I found our advisor to be courteous with a good telephone manner and when asked to wait whilst we made other checks was happy to do so.
I confess her input (as well as the price) was the primary reason we elected to purchase our medical cover through Usay.
