The role:

Due to consistent growth we are looking to recruit professional and highly driven Sales Advisors. Your role will be to build relationships with your clients and use our advanced quotation systems to manage your clients right the way through the sales process. Experience within Private Medical Insurance is not essential as full product training is given.

Usay Compare provides products from a leading panel of insurers. You will be responsible for contacting individuals who have shown an interest in Private Medical Insurance. By taking them through a fact finding exercise and identifying a suitable policy the Sales Advisor will then run through the features and benefits to ensure the customer has thorough understanding of the product and how it will assist them.

Successful candidates will receive:-

• A high basic salary of £21,000
• Uncapped commission structure with high OTE (£70,000)

The role:

You will highlight the features and benefits of our broad range of products. Having established interest from the customer, you will then transfer the client to our professional sales agents who take them through a fact finding exercise to recommend a suitable policy. Whilst this is an outbound sales role all leads are verified.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Pay Per Click (PPC) Executive who is looking to progress their career within a challenging and rewarding Marketing team. To be considered candidates must be able to demonstrate:-

• Previous experience in a PPC role
• An interest in digital media and an understanding of the marketplace
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
• An interest in emerging media including social and mobile
• A high level of numeracy skills and literacy skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in MS Excel
• Any exposure to the finance sector would be an advantage
• SEO knowledge a plus

The role
The marketing department is vital to the growth and success of Usay Compare and as a company we invest heavily within PPC campaigns and online marketing. Successful candidates will be responsible for:-

• Monitoring campaigns through Google, Yahoo, Bing and other tier 2 platforms
• Daily analysis of campaign activity in order to monitor performance
• Main responsibilities will include day to day paid campaign management, keyword research, keyword grouping, writing ad copy, continuous ad copy testing, landing page optimisation and PPC strategy implementation
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, impression share, quality score and other key account metrics
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the company's goals.
• Keep up with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Handle basic administrative tasks including helping to provide campaign input, feedback, in-sight and future recommendations
