What's the Usay approval process?

After generating a number of leads, the next question is often what is the approval rate and what are the criteria for declining leads? Due to the lead nature of the Usay programme and the minimal level of information required in order for it to qualify as a lead we take the quality of our leads very seriously.


We will decline a lead for the following reasons;

  • Invalid date/hoax - If the data that has been submitted is deemed as bogus, this may constitute as fake name, address or telephone number.
  • Invalid product - if when contacted the customer was looking for a product other than private medical insurance
  • Duplicate Leads
  • If the lead has not answered after multiple attempts of contacting. We allow all leads 5 working days to respond. If the lead does not answer or return a message within this time it is at Usay's discretion whether or not this lead is be treated as a hoax.

NB leads are submitted to Usay Compare in real time. Our advisors are in the office 6 days and week working from Monday - Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5.30pm. Leads submitted within these hours are picked up within an hour and contacted. We will make every endeavour to contact someone multiple times and always leaving a message detailing the reason for the call as well as following up with an email from one of our sales advisors.


The leads and the status of the leads are updated in real time so you can see how the quality of the leads are performing, allowing for quick optimisation of your campaign.


On average in our experience of working with other affiliate partners we know typically 80% of leads generated are genuine leads, In addition to this 90% of sales are confirmed within two weeks of the lead being submitted, however policies which require full medical underwriting may take longer to confirm. Affiliates will be awarded bonus commission for all confirmed sales, regardless of the time in which the take to convert from lead to sale, providing that the client has confirmed that they wish to proceed with the policy within the 30 day cookie window.


Payments

Payments are made by Usay directly into you back account. There is one monthly payment run which is run the last week of every month. The payment will include all validated leads and sales from the previous month.
