A study in 2014 by consulting firm McKinsey and Company revealed that obesity has the second-largest economic impact on the UK behind smoking, generating an annual loss equivalent to 3% of GDP.

Well, there are no easy answers, but many individuals today are combating this trend by trying clever new weight loss strategies.

If you think you are hungry, then drink water – you could be just thirsty
