We need professional, consultative and self-motivated sales professionals who want to develop their career within a successful, ambitious and dynamic business. You will have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Experience of working in financial services is preferable but not essential

The role:

You will be contacting and building positive relationships, with individuals who have shown an interest in Private Medical Insurance. Using our advanced quotation system, you will take the client through a fact-finding exercise highlighting the features and benefits of our range of products. You will then present the most suitable policy from our panel of leading insurers and convert these clients into sales.

What we'll offer you:

We will give you a great basic salary with a generous open-ended commission structure. Our on-going training and support will ensure that you maximise your success.

  • A guranteed basic salary of £30,000 p/a
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic high OTE of £70,000+
  • Regular Bonuses and Performance Incentives
  • Discounted PMI
  • Pension scheme
  • Full in-house training programme

We need professional, self-motivated telesales professionals who want a career within a successful, ambitious and dynamic business. You will have:

  • Previous telesales experience is preferable but not essential
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Experience of working in financial services is preferable but not essential

The role:

Your role will be to contact potential clients who have shown a previous interest in Private Medical Insurance. You will highlight the features and benefits of our broad range of products. Having established interest from the customer, you will then transfer the client to our professional sales agents who take them through a fact finding exercise to recommend a suitable policy. Whilst this is an outbound sales role all leads are verified.

What we'll offer you:

We will give you a great basic salary with a generous open-ended commission structure. Our on-going training and support will ensure that you maximise your success.

Who do I contact if I want to know more about a career opportunity?

Is parking available on site?

We have a limited number of assigned parking spaces, which are offered on a first come first served basis. There are also a number of roads nearby that offer free parking.


What is the dress code?

Our dress code is smart business. We often have visitors onsite so we like to look professional at all times.


What does the interview process consist of?

The interview process is dependent upon the role you’ve applied for. Most consist of an initial telephone interview followed by a two-stage face-to-face interview.

Everyone shortlisted for one of our sales adviser roles will be required to take a Usay Compare psychometric test. In the case of senior roles, you may be asked to present at a second interview.


When will I be notified of the outcome of my application?

We would love to be able to reply to everyone who applies – however, due to the high volume of applications we receive, if you haven’t heard from us within four working days of the closing date for applications, you have been unsuccessful.


Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes – if you feel you’re qualified for more than one vacancy we have on offer, you’re welcome to apply for multiple roles, though we do ask that you submit separate applications for each vacancy.


What documentation do you require and what checks do you do?

We work in a highly regulated industry and are FCA registered, so we have to ensure we’re not putting our customers at risk. We require proof of eligibility to work in the UK (passport or full birth certificate, along with both parts of a driving licence ), proof of previous employment (payslip within the last three months) and proof of residential history (utility bill within the last three months). If we offer you a position and you accept, we will complete an adverse financial check and an identity check. This is not about having a good or bad credit score.
