What is Small Business Health Insurance?

Small Business Health insurance, is a group health insurance policy for a small business to cover their staff for private medical treatment should they require it. Allowing your staff to prioritise their health and be proactive about protecting it. This is usually included as a benefit within employees' remuneration package.

Private healthcare provides access to breakthrough treatments and medications and importantly - without the NHS waiting lists. When you take out a policy, you and the insurer agree that should any of your employees included on the policy, fall ill or suffer an injury, the policy will attempt to return them to the same level of health they had when you took out the policy.
